Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

The seat of arbitration shall be Doha, Qatar. The proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding. You expressly waive any right to initiate or participate in any class action or collective proceeding. By using the Services, you agree that Qatari law shall govern the arbitration proceedings, and any actions not resolved through arbitration shall be brought before the competent courts of Qatar.

Your continued use of the Services after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal matters not subject to arbitration shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
